Warranty Policy

All sales are considered final, no refund will be entitled.

Warranty policy for each product may be different and is in accordance with the terms and conditions of respective product, please contact us via WhatsApp 016-2887151 if you wish to understand more before ordering.

To claim warranty, customer needs to send the product to our store located at Cheras, Kuala Lumpur; at his / her own cost. The return of the repaired or replaced product to customer will also be at customer own cost. Customer can choose to send and pick-up repaired product at our store to avoid delivery fees.

Physical damage and software issues is not covered under warranty.

For exchange or warranty purposes, customer needs to WhatsApp us at 016-2887151. Please include the following details: Order No, Invoice No, Name, Contact No, Product to claim warranty, Faulty Reason.

Kindly WhatsApp us first before shipping anything back to us, so that we can provide you with complete return instructions.

The products warranty period will be according to the Invoice/Receipt issued date.
