Main difference between braided (without USBC) and braided (with USBC) is which USB port you will plug it into the PC, if plug into PC USB Type C port, can get power, means can use long hours, but if plug into PC normal Type A USB3.0 port, it's low power, means Quest 2 battery will finish after a few hours then need to charge.

Difference between Braided and Powered Link cable is, Powered Link cable got a charging hub which you can plug in your USB C charger to supply additional power into the cable and into the headset (only applicable for Quest 2 and Pico 4, not for Quest 3 and Quest Pro), giving you extra power and can use long hours.
